About “Around the World in 80 Trains” is a travelogue by British journalist and writer Monisha Rajesh. Does the book hold up to the titular promise? Let’s find out! The Journey The book chronologically follows the couple on their journey around the world by train, although “the world” could be substituted by “Eurasia and North America” and “by train” by “as much by train as possible”.
